Level 26: Pool tiling and Pre-cast coping has been completed. Pool deck tiling is nearing completion with plants in place. Ground Floor: incoming water supply works are in progress, cabling for the generator room and cladding works are in progress. Podium lift lobby MEP works are in progress. Floor apartment MEP works are in progress. Plant room works ongoing. Building is 100% watertight up to level 24. ACP cladding works are ongoing, ACP Back panels are complete for the roof crown. Balcony fascia ACP works are progressing for the roadside and grandiose side and are forecasted to be complete soon.DEWA Contractor is currently progressing with work. Pipe laying is completed. 20% curbstone completed. Excavation with compaction & road base in progress. The anticipated completion date (ACD) for our project, "Imperial Avenue," continues to stand on 15th July 2024.
